Description

As fall approaches I start thinking about my annual T-day trip to Mt. Rogers.

Meet at Wise shelter and camp nearby. Get up Saturday and go to Rhododendron Gap via Scales. Explore or just hang out.

I plan on getting to the shelter by mid afternoon. It is a 6 hour drive for me and I plan on getting to Grayson by 12. The place I plan on camping is not obvious so I will flag the way to the campsite for any late arrivals.
