Description

The Twin Valley Backpack trail is a 22 mile trail connecting the Germantown and Twin Creek Metroparks.

The grand opening event begins at noon and will have live music, a local outfitter, clinics, and a shuttle to the newest section of the trail.

While the planned activities look to be a probable snooze fest, I plan to be in attendance anyway. As usual, I will have on my yellow beacon. (aka, the TT bandana)

At this point maps are not available, so I will post the website for the event.

Twin Valley Backpacking Trail

My plans, thus far, are to listen to the music, dayhike, fish, and enjoy a nice dinner cook out before heading home. Hope to see any natives around the area out there.
