DescriptionFellow Ground Pounders: The Michigan Bush Rats’ will be snowshoeing and sledging down the Moose River in Ontario, Canada, from February 7 to February 22, 2009 (includes four travel days). Their arduous off-trail route will involve travel down the Moose River, from Moose River Crossing to Moosonee on James Bay, the lower arm of the Arctic Ocean’s Hudson Bay. A link to more information about this extremely-strenuous, expert-level, alcohol- and tobacco-free, extreme-cold-weather expedition will be posted on this thread in the future.
