Fellow Ground Pounders:

The Michigan Bush Rats� will be snowshoeing and sledging along the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan from March 7 to March 14, 2009.

Their off-trail route will involve travel along the ice shelf of Lake Superior as well as wilderness travel.

A link to more information about this strenuous, intermediate-level, alcohol- and tobacco-free, cold-weather trip will be posted on this thread in the future.
