Description

Tentative itineray would be to meet at Carver's Gap on the 28th and hike 1 mile south to the shelter.

Each of the next 3 days would involve a 11-13 mile hike (36 miles total), ending at a shelter each day. I am looking into hostels for the 31st (New Year's Eve). (more details to follow)

Participants can then either end their hike or continue on with me as we join MOCS123's hike into Damascus (an additional 50 miles)..

What better way to finish off '08 and start '09 then an 86 mile trek on the AT.
