trips - Huber Orchard & Winery and Camping at Delany PTrip Info
DescriptionStomper and I did this last year and had a great time, so we thought we would repeat it. More details to come, but here's the basics: I am thinking about heading down to Delaney Park on Friday night. We will meet up somewhere on Saturday(probably Delaney Park) and go to visit Huber Orchard and Winery, then camp at Delaney Park on Saturday night. I am thinking about bringing my kayak for Sunday. Do some boating and some fishing. There is hiking, boating and fishing at Delaney Park for anyone who is interested in hanging out for the weekend, but isn't interested in going to the winery. It is right on the Knobstone. The Delaney Park Loop is ~6 miles and would make for a great day hike. Delaney park offers the choice of camping and cabins. Makes for a nice trip for those who want to bring S/O along without having to camp.
