trips - Trail Days 2004Trip Info
DescriptionWe will be car camping and dayhiking on this trip. Details are being decided right now so see one of the threads in Trail Talk. We will be camping in the Trail Days Campground located off of Shady Ave. South of town. Here is a map. I will make a sign that says "TT" on it and place it near where we are camping. The sign won't be put up until late Friday night when I arrive. I will see about someone else putting up a sign. Any changes in plans will be left on paper at BBinkley's Booth (I'm emailing him now to make sure it's okay, buy something while you are there). Dayhikes and other activities will be decided at Trail Days. The official website is here: http://www.traildays.nstemp.com/ Vistors to Damascus Please Note If you plan to leave your vehicle parked for more than one day on Wilson St., please stop by the Town Hall on Laurel Ave. or call the Town Police Dept., (276)475-3341, to register your vehicle with the town. This is to protect your property while it is parked in your absence. The police dept. will make every effort to keep your vehicle under surveillance, also, please do not leave valuables in the vehicle. Parking on Wilson Street is at owners risk, even though the Town Police Officers will keep the vehicle under surveillance. Thank you. Computer Access in Damascus The ADam Committee has set up Public Computer Terminals in Side Track Cyber Cafe' The Public Libary on Main Street also has several Computers set up for Public Use
