trips - Eleven Pt Float, Irish Wilderness HikeTrip Info
DescriptionThis trip will be a double whammy! There will be two groups. One floating and another backpacking. The two groups will rendezvous Friday night on the Eleven Point River at Bliss Springs for a big dutch oven festival. The floaters will meet at Greer Campgound in time to start floating at 10:00 am Friday morning. The floaters will take out at Riverton Camp Ground Sunday. Some may pull out Saturday evening at Boze Springs. The backpackers will hike an 18 mile trail in the Irish wilderness. Participants can make this a 2 or 3 day event to suit their individual travel requirements. The most important part of the trip is the rendezvous for the feast Friday night!
