Description

me, hubby & kids will pack in on Friday and spend the weekend exploring slot canyons. easy hike in of around 3 miles, minimal elevation gain. this is a dry trip; all water must be packed in. we plan at least one dash back to the cars for water re-supplying. we will have an almost full moon and night hiking should be spectacular. warm days, slightly less warm nights. BLM land, no permits & no reservations required. south of Joshua Tree, north of the Salton Sea.
