trips - Big Bend National ParkTrip Info
DescriptionDetails are yet to be determined, but my present idea is to do a hike and paddle kind of thing...a 2 in 1 trip where folks can come and do one portion or the other, or stay the entire time and do both legs of the trip. I would like to do the packing portion as the first leg on the 27 thru the 31st. Then jump into kayaks/canoes on the afternoon of the 31st and be able to spend New Years on the Rio Grand River. I can think of no better way to close out 2003 and open 2004. I will begin research this event in a couple of months and continue to post updates. But, who would be interested at this early stage?
