DescriptionThe new dates for the trips are July 31-August 3rd (Monday-Thursday). There is a maximum of 9 per permit. Helinka and Celtic Canuck have already said to me that they are a go for that week. That leaves 6 spaces left. Please email me to let me know if you can go, so I know if we need more than one permit. If more than 9 sign up, it should not be hard to get a second permit very similar. The fee is CAD $27 per person. Pay and pick up permit at West Gate. Monday July 31: Maggie Lake East 8.6 miles Tuesday Aug 1st: Tern Lake 9.4 miles Wednesday Aug 2nd: Lupus Lake 9.4 miles Thursday Aug 3rd: Hike out 7.3 miles I suggest we car-camp Sunday night. I believe Helinka is looking into that. Mew Lake, Lake of Two Rivers, and Pog Lake Campgrounds are all close by, or maybe something outside the park. I'm leaving that up to her.
