I had a roommate who rented that tape.... Redd Foxx did a 5-minute bit on the subject and repeated that line about "Washin' Yo Ass" six or seven times.... Quite Memorable.

Always wash and dry the boys after a day of hiking.

I think CD prefers to find the boys while blindfolded and wearing a French maids outfit.

An Alternative
Being both a runner and a backpacker, I've found using something as simple as vaseline on the areas likely to chaff eliminates much of the problem. I usually run and backpack in synthetic shorts with mesh support. Dab on some vaseline in the strategic locations before my 15 mile run or hike usually keeps me free from chaffing.

Baby wipes with aloe work great for cleaning up the neather regions. Just do not use handy wipes they contain alchol and can really burn some sensitive areas!!!!

Another vote for Gold Bond Powder
