I can only imagine how he feels. I only had 3 days left, but I was looking forward to the time. The boots I bought 8 years ago bit the dust, so I had to replace them with new ones. I put some miles on them before this trip, but I now think not enough. I know the trail will still be there and all...but damn. I will say hi to Ron for you.
