Red River Gorge Back Country Camping

“What's the deal with camping in the Back Country down in RRG? There are 300 foot rules for trails/roads and 100 foot rules from arches and cliffs. Where is a good place to camp in the gorge without breaking these rules? Or am I over thinking it?”
