Camping Summer 2013
I am trying to plan a trip for me and my 3 friends. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good place to camp - a site that you hike to (preferably 1-2 miles) or drive to that is away from other people (so we would possible be by ourselves). We would go early June and camp for maybe a week or so. I would prefer the temp to be upper 50s to lower 60s during the day. It doesn't have to be right on the ocean if it is not possible, but somewhere that we can hike and possibly swim. Thanks.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a troll

Okay, not a troll. I'm honestly wondering if anybody can help me.

I can't help you with a location but I can make sure the temperatures are in the range you're hoping for. ($19.99 per day. Precipitation and wind available for an extra charge.)

North Oregon Coast Seaside
The closest major coastal city to the Portland area, Seaside is a very popular destination with terrific beaches, attractions and exciting events throughout the year. Kids love the Seaside Aquarium, and parents will love visiting Ecola State Park for a picnic, some photos, and a scenic walk or hike. Visit Seaside during the summer and attend the beach volleyball tournament or the famous Hood-to-Coast Relay. During the winter, enjoy a more quiet atmosphere, beautiful beaches, glorious sunsets and historic sites.

Do you know of any good backcountry camping spots - in either Olympic National Park or Rainier National Park? I know for Rainier you need a backcountry permit, and I'm sure you need one for Olympic too. Looking for a nice place to hike to, set up tent, and hike around for a week. Any good places you guys know of?

The "real" duckman?

Dood is acting like:

We give a #&%!$.

Someone trolled his handle here.

He thinks they are so important that they have to distinguish between them and a troll.

Either way, you both suck.
