Painter and Panther Creeks

I recently took a hike in the Lackawanna State Forest. Scenic creeks with brook trout. Fine fall colors. A nice falls. I hoped to reach the view on Panther Hill, but I did not make it due to the weather. I also came across a branch covered with thousands of white, tiny, furry bugs that looked like caterpillars.
