Crap. Change#1: the Phoenicia lodge is all booked. Have to find other lodging or car camping basecamp.

Trying to edit trip info but site or iPhone won't let me

Thanks for posting. I might be able to make it. Please let us know what works for editing the trip - and if it is more than the apostrophe problem or iphone getting in the way.

Hi Sacco, I got your email on FB, but FB won't let me respond.

I'll keep this on my radar.

IF no lodging available, might be hard in ski season, car camping is available near Phoenicia. Forget the name of the place, but it is off of 28.

I should be up for this. I am trying think of easy scramble free peaks and the ones that come to mind is Balsam and Eagle, although the climb is pretty steep.

email
so FB doesn't like that email address?

what about scottreich74 at yahoo?

balsam would be nice being winter req'd and all.

was also thinking about bearpen/vly. not winter reqd but should be easy as long as we don't have tons of fresh snow right?

what's your thoughts on panther via giant ledge with a dog?

Both of those peaks were fairly easy. Bearpen has some route following, but you're mostly following old ski roads. I enjoyed those peak.

Pennsy fell through the ice on a pond on Bearpen. We had no idea it was there.
