Adventure Hiking Trail Circuit Hike

“On Thursday I am going to camp at AHT post 6 (about 3 miles north of Indian Spring Shelter). Friday morning I will cache water there and Cold Friday Road. Start hiking clockwise on the west end by Blue River (AHT 3) and camp at Indian Creek Shelter. Saturday hike to and camp at Lloyd''s Cabin. Hike out to cars Sunday.

Please let me know by the 26th if you are going and when you are arriving, so I can plan for water. There is no (or almost no) water easily accessible along the trail.”

“Snow wasn't an issue. We bailed on Saturday morning, though. They were predicting single digits for Sunday morning, so we took the scenic route back to the cars.”
