i feel really crappy about the whole situation. poor kids and poor little snake.
i don't know whether to get a bunch of baby mice and try to lure marbles out of hiding, or just assume the cats had a midnight snack and give up.
it's not the first time the snake's been lost, but now it's had a full day to find a great hiding spot and could be anywhere in the house. guess we'll definitely be able to find it when it starts to smell. yuck!”
