2010 AT Thruhike - Hyway

I plan to thruhike the Appalachian Trail in 2010. I'll be leaving from Springer in mid March. I have been looking at march 21st but I may leave a week or two early to make sure I am back for my son's birthday on September 12.”

bingo. anyone in moderate shape with the want-to, time, and resources can do it. staying injury, giardia, and lyme disease free is the trick”

he will absolutely get hungry. that cannot be prevented. kinda hard not to when youre burning 4000-6000 calories per day. the other three, good chance there”
