“i am working hard at doing just that. this week i begin very intense therapy, three days a week in addition to my 2 regular psychs. i'll be taking DBT, CBT, art therapy, and seeing another new ptsd psych. i get 7 weeks of this. kinda nerve wracking, i'm glad i'll be done before summer. at least i get my weekends off, LOL!”

“Weird. Today at school the instructor briefly mentioned trauma therapy. When I came home I searched the internet for schools that teach trauma therapy. I found several schools across Europe and in America.”
