Enertia bag is 7 1/3 inches to the zipper.
Ziplock freezer bag (quart size) is 8 inches even to the zipper.

“You fold a freezer bag down a bit so the ti long-handled spoon is perfect. The first time you puncture a zip-lock bag holding your spagetti sauce will be the last time you mix food with your spork..LOL..that's why I like GSI's spork..the plastic fork tines were much less likely to puncture a plastic bag already weakened by hot food...but the handle still caused me to have food on my hands..gross if it got on my silk liners...I like the long handled spoon and yes, length counts!”
